What Next in Search? IT Support and Services

In the third instalment in this series, Gemma Wilks, Executive Search Consultant at Moon Executive Search, writes about how the search model at Moon Executive Search is now supporting a variety of businesses to source their technical teams to thrive in the digital era.

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, the IT support and services sector has boomed over the last few months with people now requiring the same level of technical support as they work from home, as they automatically receive when in the office. IT support has been a fundamental part of the transition to being able to work from home, covering everything from hardware, secure set ups & access, to trouble shooting and connectivity issues.
