Finance Business Partner, Bristol with travel to key UK sites

c£35-45k car / car allowance plus bonus plus benefits

Avon Group is a well-known and highly successful business. With their headquarters in Bristol, they are a world class engineering and manufacturing group which employs just under 600 people and plans to hit turnover of £100m within the space of the next two to three years.

They are established, successful and fast-growing business with manufacturing sites around the UK and US, all of which operate as dynamic, autonomous businesses with distinct skills and capabilities, servicing the diverse needs of Avon Group customers in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

The company is privately owned and has continuously evolved and grown to become a world class manufacturer with a £multimillion turnover and ambitious plans for further growth. The business is expanding both organically and by acquisition and is now seeking to hire a number of key people into its finance teams across the UK.

They are now seeking a new role of Finance Business Partner who will work across the group providing sound financial support and advice, maintaining strong relationships with business units and evaluating processes to ensure that robust, relevant and adequate financial controls are in place.

The successful candidate will be at minimum part-qualified accountant or equivalent and have experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to analyse and summarise information for presentation to a non-financial audience. This is very much a hands-on role, the candidate will need to have good IT skills including excel. The ideal candidate is a team player who is looking for a new challenge and to join a successful growing business.
