Aardman seeks Executive Brand Director

They’re seeking an Executive Brand Director to help them fulfil this mission.

The Executive Brand Director is a key leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director. They will lead the sales and marketing of the studio, spearheading the brand strategy for financing,

distributing, marketing and long-term planning of animated intellectual property (IP). The Brand Director will define global audiences for each IP whilst identifying and prioritising key brand drivers to launch and develop specific brands, such as films, TV, games and more.

 The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Film and TV industry and proven senior leadership experience, ideally within animation or IP management. They will have a strategic mindset, exceptional negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen. Demonstrable success in delivering IP strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion is highly desirable.
