Our client, a bespoke online sales group, was looking for a Head of Software Development to manage a small team of back and front-end developers. For this role, the ideal candidate needed to have knowledge of both front and back end, as well as being able to assist and develop the team, both on website design and programming, and also on the invisible structures behind the web pages.
The Brief
In-depth software knowledge was required in SQL, Java Script, Lamp, Lemp, Rest and Soap API. In addition, it was essential to identify someone with experience working within PHP frameworks as well as the leadership ability to drive projects and manage stakeholders and clients.
The Solution
After a thorough search, Moon introduced the successful candidate, who closely matched the brief.
