Charity Board Build Success

Moon Executive Search are delighted to announce the successful appointment of nine trustees for Bristol & Bath Parks Foundation (BBPF) board.

BBPF is a new initiative designed to rethink the ways that parks and green spaces are used within the Bristol and Bath area. Their aim is to encourage community engagement and raise awareness of the positive benefits gained through use of these open spaces.

We were appointed by BBPF to undertake a search campaign to create a balanced and diverse board through the appointment of candidates with different commercial and cultural backgrounds.

Our Charity Recruitment Team managed the entire campaign from working with BBPF to scoping the trustee duties, providing strategic advice about the board make-up and hiring process, market-reach outs, and screening. We were also involved in the interview panel interviews providing valued impartial feedback on the applicants.

To complete this assignment, we sourced candidates with skills sets ranging from marketing and financial to real estate and legal, who could also demonstrate their passion for green spaces within city environments.
