They are well on their journey to becoming a truly great place to work where they embrace diversity, equality and inclusion in everything they do.

Moon Executive Search has been appointed as Search Partner to Brighter Places to support their search for a new Chair of the Board.

This is an exciting time to join Brighter Places who are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, strategic and committed to helping to continue to shape the strategy for the next five years to deliver their ambitious plans for the future.

The role of the Chair is also to ensure that the Association’s affairs are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and to provide leadership and direction to Board, Committees & the Chief Exec.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • strong leadership and communication skills
