At Moon Executive Search, when we are given an instruction by a client, we go above and beyond to spend measured time with new contacts to fully understand their situation. We sense that the current speed of communication via social media and email can leave a lack of personal connection, whereas meeting and interacting, either face to face or on the phone, with people forges a greater bond and understanding. Even if they are not successful, the knowledge and relationship that we have fostered will better inform us as to whether to consider them for roles in the future.
