Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, based in Gloucester & remote working, up to £40,000

To help achieve this, we are seeking a passionate Communications Manager to join our team. This is a new role for someone with the skills and creativity to take we can move to the next level
In this exciting role, we need someone who is creative, listens to and engages well with a diverse range of people. Advising and supporting the team to:
Inspire more people to join we can move and become changemakers
Enable the movement, through an advisory role for colleagues and external partners
Connect through amplifying the good work undertaken across the county by others that are influencing communities, strategy and policy
Our ideal candidate will have experience of:
engaging with a range of diverse people and organisations
improving engagement and raising the profile of an organisation or movement
recently managing communications at a senior level
B2B and B2C communications and campaign strategies
creating and sourcing content for websites, social media, email and off-line
collecting and using data and insight to measure impact
working with and managing agencies and partners
line management and building strong relationships across internal teams
managing and developing digital communication channel
using content management systems, web design and maintenance and SEO
measuring user experience and behaviour, and engagement
using Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and CRM systems
