At Moon Executive Search, we have a long standing and enviable track record of successfully delivering on intricate and confidential search mandates across technology, product and the education sector with both large global organisations and smaller private entities.

Vanessa Moon Founding Director, and Simon Quinn Director of Search, decided to adopt a multi-faceted approach for the search, which involved taking a detailed briefing from Sandbox prior to carrying out extensive client research at the outset.

Given that the technology space is very fast moving and competitive in the UK, we advised Sandbox that our candidates would most likely be presented on a case-by-case basis and Mark Engelter agreed to act quickly once we had presented a prospective candidate.

We conducted detailed candidate interviews and gave careful consideration of all the briefing requirements, prior to considering if to present a candidate. Due to restrictions, the interviews and conversations with the client were all carried out virtually.

The Solution

Candidates were presented to the Mark Engelter with detailed notes about their experience and skill set. We drilled down on their product knowledge and understanding of the tech and education sector. 

We were delighted to present Flora Michti who joined Sandbox from TES Global. Flora had been working in a product role where she was working on the B2C digital e-commerce marketplace management, SCRUM Product Ownership, vision and strategy planning.
